A prayer of faith
Hey there faith-walkers! I just got finished watching my sister in Christ @TiffanyFinley on Periscope and she reminded me of something that I was supposed to do MONTHS ago! So, she runs an amazing blog by the name of Waiting on Our Predestined One and she Periscopes often! She is SUPER inspirational and encouraging! Totally check her out! I’ll link it at the bottom!
So, anyway.. back to what I was supposed to do. She challenged us to all write out our OWN prayers of declaration for our lives! This has been the BEST idea EVER! I pray mine daily! Please share this with ANYBODY that you know that may be struggling with PCOS, endometriosis, infertility or something of that nature. Oh, and please check out Tiffany’s blog…. she shares her story which is SO POWERFUL! Remember to TRUST GOD and we live in FAITH not FEAR!
Here’s my prayer (I used Tiffany’s list of scriptures):
Dear Father,
Lord, I thank you for this wonderful day to serve you and carryout your purpose for my life. I thank you for my wonderful family and friends here on this earth. God, I only desire your will. I desire to serve and please you. For in your Word, you said If I ONLY serve You, that You will bless me and there will be NO miscarriages or infertility and we will have long, full lives (Exodus 23:25-26) So I thank you for giving me the gift of peace—peace, peace of mind and that my heart can rest in knowing that you never break your promises, I know you will never leave nor forsake me. (John 14:27; Deuteronomy 31:6) Even though it may LOOK bad, I know that all things work for the good of those that love the LORD. (Romans 8:28) So I don’t have to fear bad news, or doctors diagnose, because I trust you to take care of me. (Psalms 112:7) Your WORD says that You give the barren woman a home, so that she becomes a happy mother! (Psalm 113:9) So I don’t have to worry about anything (Philippians 4:6-7), because I am praying to my heavenly Father that loves me so much. I thank you for giving me what I need in your perfect timing. Keep me in your perfect peace, while I trust you. (Isaiah 26:3) I know that you will strengthen me in season and out of season, I know that I don’t have to be afraid of the future (Isaiah 41:10, Proverbs 31:25) I know that when we are blessed with our miracle baby(-ies) I will have a healthy pregnancy, labor & delivery and baby (-ies). Lord, I give you all of my cares, I give you my worries and I give you my humble request. (1 Samuel 1:27) And I present to you my faith, God, the same faith that healed the woman with the issue of blood. Lord, it was her FAITH that healed her. (Mark 5:34) the same FAITH that Abraham had that you would keep your promises, despite age. (Hebrews 11:11) God, THAT faith heals me, THAT faith gives me hope and strength to know that I can do all things through Christ that strengths me. That FAITH lets me know that everything will be okay, God. I can rest assured that I WILL have children and I WILL be an amazing wife and mother. And I know you hear my prayers God, and I will bear children and I will have great JOY! And I will give these God fearing, miracle children back to you, for your glory and honor. And I pray that they will always be humble, respectful, talented, honorable, kind, smart and most of all obedient to your will, Lord. (Luke 1:13-14) In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen!
